If you opt in, you may receive operational messages such as schedule or shift notifications, changes, reminders, attendance follow-ups, and related workforce communications. Your employer determines what is sent.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies.
  • Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Stop: Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one confirmation message.
  • Help: Reply HELP or contact support@alakili.com. Contact your employer for questions about your schedule or employment records.
  • Delivery: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: See the Product Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing Alakili. For workers, the employer is responsible for ensuring that consent is obtained lawfully and is not made an unlawful condition of employment.

For customers using SMS

Customers are responsible for:

  • obtaining and retaining legally sufficient consent before messaging;
  • ensuring the opt-in clearly identifies the sender/program, message types, variable frequency, possible carrier charges, STOP/HELP instructions, and links to these Terms and the privacy notice;
  • giving Alakili complete and accurate information required for carrier, toll-free, or A2P 10DLC registration;
  • sending only operational messages consistent with the registered use case;
  • maintaining their own consent records and responding to recipient questions; and
  • complying with the TCPA, state laws, carrier requirements, and CTIA guidelines applicable to their messages.

Do not send marketing, recruiting, referral, fundraising, or promotional content through an operational workforce campaign. Do not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, or carrier-prohibited content.

Alakili processes recognized opt-out keywords and blocks further messages as supported by the messaging provider. Customers must also promptly honor revocation communicated through another reasonable channel and must not use another number or campaign to evade an opt-out.

We may suspend messaging where consent cannot be demonstrated, registration information is inaccurate, traffic is blocked or filtered, or we reasonably believe messages violate these Terms, law, or carrier requirements.

Customers are responsible for claims, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from their message content, recipients, registration information, or failure to obtain and honor consent, as further provided in their agreement with Team HQ LLC.
