Alakili Browser Extension — Privacy Disclosure
Contents
Last updated August 30, 2026
The Alakili browser extension is provided by Team HQ LLC for one purpose: transferring specified delivery-operations information from a customer's authorized, authenticated browser session into that customer's Alakili account for workforce scheduling, attendance, and operational reporting.
[01]
Information the extension accesses
The extension accesses only the supported pages and fields needed for that purpose:
- [INSERT final driver/associate fields]
- [INSERT final route, shift, roster, and attendance fields]
- [INSERT final operational, performance, and safety metrics]
- [INSERT exact supported hostnames and explain when access occurs]
Complete this list so it exactly matches the released extension and Chrome Web Store disclosures before publication.
[02]
Information it does not access
The extension is not designed to collect usernames, passwords, authentication tokens, session cookies, unrelated browsing history, keystrokes, form contents, or clipboard contents. It does not access unrelated websites or tabs.
[03]
How information is used
Selected information is sent over HTTPS to Alakili and stored in the customer's account. We use it only to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support Alakili; comply with law; and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell extension data, use it for advertising, or disclose it to data brokers. We do not combine one customer's workforce data with another customer's workforce data for advertising or unrelated purposes.
[04]
Permissions
The extension requests only permissions needed for its stated purpose. The Chrome Web Store listing and in-extension disclosure must explain each permission in plain language and match the extension manifest. The extension does not load or execute remote code.
[06]
Retention and control
Extension data is retained as part of the customer's Alakili account under the Product Privacy Notice and customer agreement. The customer controls its workforce records. Uninstalling or disabling the extension stops future collection but does not automatically delete information already transferred; the customer can delete data through the service or request deletion under its agreement.
[07]
Third-party relationship
Alakili is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of the extension is authorized and consistent with agreements governing the systems they access.
